How to measure at home

You'll need a soft measuring tape. If you don't have one, a piece of string and a ruler work just as well.

Chest — width: Lay a tee you already own and love flat on a surface. Smooth it out so there are no wrinkles. Measure straight across the chest from one armpit seam to the other. Double that number — that's your chest measurement. Find it in the width column of the size chart above.

Length: With the same tee lying flat, measure from the highest point of the shoulder — right next to where the collar sits — straight down to the bottom hem.

Sizing tips for the mama journey

If you're expecting — we recommend going up one size from your usual for the most comfortable fit as your bump grows. A slightly relaxed fit also makes the tee more wearable after baby arrives.

If you're in the newborn stage — if you're between sizes, go up. You'll thank yourself during those long feeding sessions when comfort matters most.

If you're shopping as a gift — when in doubt, size up. A slightly relaxed tee is always more appreciated than one that's too snug, especially for a new or expecting mama.

Between sizes? Go up for a relaxed everyday feel, or stay with your usual size for a more fitted look.

• Machine wash cold with similar colours, gentle cycle, inside out
• Tumble dry on low heat, or hang dry for a little extra care
• Iron inside out on low heat if needed
• No bleach. No dry cleaning.

Washing inside out on cold will keep your design looking sharp for longer. Worth the extra two seconds.
