Our Story

Hello Bloom wasn't built in a boardroom or by a marketing team.
It was built by a woman who learned — from watching her grandmother — that clothing can be an act of love.

My grandmother was a seamstress.

She worked in bridal shops for most of her life, helping women dress for one of the most important days they would ever have. She had gentle hands, a quiet strength, and an extraordinary ability to make a woman feel beautiful and seen at a moment that mattered.
I grew up watching her and loving her. And somewhere along the way, without really knowing it, I inherited something from her — a belief that what a woman wears at her most important moments matters. That the right piece of clothing, made with care and intention, can say something that words sometimes can't.

Becoming a mama is one of those moments.

It might be the biggest one of all. The most transformative, the most overwhelming, the most quietly extraordinary thing a woman will ever do. And yet somehow the world mostly focuses on the baby — on the nursery, the onesies, the tiny socks.

Hello Bloom exists for her. For the mama.

For the woman growing a human, navigating the wild first weeks of newborn life, running on coffee and love and very little sleep. For the woman who is everything to everyone and sometimes just needs something that says — I see you. This is for you.

When I started designing Hello Bloom tees I made one decision that I've never wavered on. Every tee would be 100% ring-spun cotton. Oeko-Tex certified. Independently tested and verified free from harmful substances.
Not because it was easier or cheaper — it wasn't. But because I thought about something that nobody in this space seemed to be talking about.

Babies spend all day pressed against their mama. Against her chest, her shoulder, the fabric she's wearing. Every feed, every nap, every cuddle. The material a mama wears is constantly in contact with her baby's skin.
Everyone tells new mamas to dress their baby in organic cotton. Nobody mentions the mama's tee. Hello Bloom does.

I'm Isabel, nice to meet you.

I've surrounded myself my whole life with incredible women — my mother, my sister, my wonderful friends, and the memory of my grandmother who showed me what it looks like to work with love and intention.

I built Hello Bloom because I genuinely believe that mamas deserve to be celebrated at every stage of this journey. Not just on Mother's Day. Every day.

Every design in this store was made with a real mama in mind. A real moment. A real feeling that deserved to be worn.

My grandmother dressed women for their wedding day. I design for the day they become a mama. I like to think she would have understood exactly why.

I hope you find yours here.

With love,
Izzy
